Network Engineer - Quadgen Wireless Solutions

• Managed and trained a team of 5 engineers for Microwave integration project for At&t on a Nationwide level.
• Excelled in executing AT&T projects, notably for ALU (Nokia), by overseeing the construction of new enodeb sites and facilitating 2nd and 3rd carrier adds for capacity expansion.
• Proactively managed UMTS and LTE backhaul Circuit provisioning and commissioning, showcasing advanced skills in configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting Ericsson Mini-Link TN/ALU MPR 9500 microwave transmission nodes.

Telecom Engineer - SSGC

• Managed routers and switches deployment, OS upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Effectively managed SW/HW upgrades, patches, and maintained a comprehensive inventory database using a combination of remote and physical measures, ensuring seamless network operations.
• Contributed to the success of a pivotal Oracle database upgrade project for the procurement department, showcasing a strong command of database management.
